For the PAID PLANS, you are subject to a fair use limit of 500,000 ops per month on your account. If you exceed that, you have to pay additional fees.

Ops stand for Operation. An operation is counted every time an automation flow successfully moves data or completes an action for you.

For example, if your flow has an action to add a tag to an order on Shopify,  each tag that is added will be counted as 1 operation.

Every time a card that you drag and drop from the tool box is used in the flow, it is counted as 1 operation.

No. Unused ops will not carry over. If unused, they expire at the end of the billing period.

We use a prepaid credits system. Add credits to your wallet and every time an operation is counted, the charges will be deducted from your wallet.

Your FREE flows will always run. FREE flows are not subject to having credits in the wallet.

Your PAID flows will stop, if there are no credits in the wallet. Your wallet is periodically checked for credits and if there are no credits in the wallet, then the account is blocked automatically. PAID Flows will not run if the account is blocked.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. But, you can only change plans, once a month.

If you choose to upgrade, the upgrade will be effective immediately and you'll pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month.

FlowHippo operates on a monthly subscription model, priced at $5.99 each month for a flow. However, we understand that not every month has the same number of days, and our pricing adapts to this. Rather than charging the full amount upfront, we calculate a daily rate based on the number of days in the current month.

This means that each day you use the flow, a small amount is deducted from your wallet, ensuring you pay only for what you use. For instance, if the month has 30 days, the daily rate is calculated as $5.99 divided by 30. On the other hand, if the month has 31 days, the daily rate is slightly lower, as it is calculated as $5.99 divided by 31.

This flexible approach ensures fair pricing every day of the month, automatically adjusting to shorter or longer months. Your wallet is only charged on the days when the flow is actively used, providing a fair and cost-effective solution for your needs.
