1. Order Confirmation (Any order)
This WhatsApp notification is sent to confirm that an order has been placed and is being processed. There is no check on the payment type. If you want to send order confirmation messages according to the payment type, you may find other flows in the list more suitable.
2. Order Confirmation (Pay Later Solutions)
This WhatsApp notification is sent to confirm an order that is being paid for using a pay-later solution, such as financing, an installment plan, or a buy-now, pay-later solution.
3. Order Confirmation (Exclude COD Orders)
COD stands for "cash on delivery". You may use this flow to trigger notifications only for non-COD orders. This notification is sent to confirm an order that is not being paid for with cash upon delivery.
4. Shipping Confirmation (Any order)
This notification is sent to confirm that an order has been shipped and is on its way to the customer.
5. Shipping Confirmation (Partially fulfilled orders)
This notification is similar to a regular shipping confirmation, but triggered when items in an order are partially fulfilled. Sometimes ecommerce merchants partially fulfil an order, either because some items are out of stock or being shipped separately.
6. Order Cancellation
This notification is sent to inform a customer that their order has been cancelled.
7. Order Delivered
This notification is sent to inform a customer that their order has been delivered.
8. Shipping Update
This notification is triggered whenever the shipping service provider gives an update on the shipping progress status of their order, such as if it has been shipped or if there is a delay.
9. Recover Abandoned Checkouts - 1 Attempt
This notification may be sent to remind a customer about items that they have left in their online shopping checkouts but have not yet purchased. Sends 1 reminder at a chosen time interval.
10. Recover Abandoned Checkouts - 2 Attempts
This notification may be sent to remind a customer about items that they have left in their online shopping checkouts but have not yet purchased. Sends 2 reminders at chosen time intervals.
11. Recover Abandoned Checkouts - 3 Attempts
This notification may be sent to remind a customer about items that they have left in their online shopping checkouts but have not yet purchased. Sends 3 reminders at chosen time intervals.
12. Reconfirm COD Orders - 1 Attempt (without auto cancel)
This flow gets triggered for orders that are being paid for with cash on delivery and sends a whatsapp message that asks the customer to re-confirm/cancel the order by clicking on a confirm or cancel button. Makes 1 attempt at a chosen time interval.
13. Reconfirm COD Orders - 2 Attempts (without auto cancel)
This flow gets triggered for orders that are being paid for with cash on delivery and sends a WhatsApp message that asks the customer to re-confirm or cancel the order by clicking on a confirm or cancel button. Makes 2 attempts at chosen time intervals.
14. Reconfirm COD Orders - 3 Attempts (without auto cancel)
This flow gets triggered for orders that are being paid for with cash on delivery and sends a WhatsApp message that asks the customer to re-confirm or cancel the order by clicking on a confirm or cancel button. Makes 3 attempts at chosen time intervals.
15. Collect Reviews via WhatsApp
Remind and collect reviews for orders entirely using WhatsApp. This flow takes the customer through a chatbot flow and collects ratings and reviews from the customer that you can later export to your website or Google listing.
16. Convert COD orders to prepaid (without auto cancel)
This notification is sent for orders that are originally being paid for with cash on delivery with an incentive (a percentage or dollar discount) for the customer to pre-pay for the order.
17. Reorder Flow
This notification is sent to allow a customer to easily reorder a product or service that they have purchased in the past.
18. Upsell Flow
This notification is sent to offer a customer additional products or services related to something they have already purchased.
19. Opt Out Flow
This is a chatbot flow that gets triggered when ever a customer clicks an opt-out link or button and allows the customer to opt out of receiving further notifications or marketing messages. Appropriate tags also get automatically added to the customer's profile.
